JULES Annual Science Meeting 2022
The JULES Annual Science meeting will be held on Thursday 15th – Friday 16th September 2022 at the School of Geography and the Environment (SoGE), University of Oxford, South Parks Road, Oxford, OX1 3QY. We will also provide remote access via MS Teams for people unable to travel.
You may register for one or both days of the meeting in-person. The in-person registration fee covers refreshments, lunch and facility hire.
Remote access registration is for both days, and there is a small fee to cover facility hire.
In addition, an in-person introductory JULES training course will be held on the afternoon of Wednesday 14th. This is aimed at people who have not used JULES before.

The meeting dinner will be arranged on Thursday evening – this is not included in the registration fee.
JULES Training Course
This short training course taking place on Thursday 14th September 2022, 2:00-5:30pm is open to all existing or potential users of the Land Surface Model JULES.
Please register for the course on https://hydro-jules.org/jules-annual-science-meeting-2022 . Please note that this is a 100% in-person workshop (no parallel online offering).
Meet up at the Oxford University Centre for the Environment / Dyson Perrins building (see https://www.geog.ox.ac.uk/contact.html for map and directions). Please note there are NO car parking facilities at the OUCE. The short course will be in the Graduate Computer Room (GCR) on the 1st floor

JULES meeting attendees are invited to attend the Hydro-JULES Showcase on Thursday 15th September 17:00-19:30 at the neighbouring Natural History Museum. If you would like to attend this, please register in advance here.
The JULES meeting is being organised in coordination with the invitation-only Land Surface Modelling Summit 2022, which runs until 15th September. Attendees of LSMS may attend sessions of the JULES meeting on the Thursday free of charge, but please do register using the LSMS attendee option to help us keep track of numbers (and please register for Friday if you wish to attend both days).

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration fees will only be refunded if notice of cancellation is received by UKCEH four weeks before the start of the event - 00:00 on Friday 12th August 2022. The booking fee will not be refunded. After this date, you may transfer an in-person registration to online (but no refund will be given).
